Richmond Walking Tour London - Join us on this walk through historic Richmond in west London as we walk through the town and enjoy the sites and sounds of Richmond Riverside and the passing boats on the River Thames.

The walk starts on Richmond Bridge with its views along the River Thames and then we walk down to Richmond Riverside where we encounter the London Cornish Pilot Gig Club singing sea shanty's outside their clubhouse. The walk then passes along Richmond Riverside past the White Cross Pub before turning up Water Lane where we pass the Watermans Arms.

We then enter the heart of Richmond Town as we pass King Street and then onto George Street. Its then back into historic Richmond as we turn down narrow Brewers Lane and then onto The Green. Richmond Green is one of the iconic locations in Richmond and we are lucky enough to see a cricket game being played as we pass. Next to Richmond Green we pass by The Cricketers and also The Prince's Head pub before walking along Paved Court, passing historic houses before entering Richmond Green again.

We then visit a remnant of the former Richmond Palace with the Gate House next to The Green that dates from 1501. The walk then passes along Old Palace Lane and The Swan public house before emerging back onto the riverside together with the sights and sounds of passing boats and river craft.

The walk concludes back by The White Cross pub on Richmond Riverside with views to Richmond Bridge.
