The Just for Today card is a piece of literature found in most Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings.
A handy pocket sized AA card can be bought from the AA website ([ Ссылка ]), and an online version downloaded for free ([ Ссылка ]).
The AA card is an essential daily read for many alcoholics, or those wishing to lead a spiritual way of life. The are some slight variations of the text, for example the US version quotes Abraham Lincoln in the second paragraph:
Just for today I will be happy. This assumes to be true what Abraham Lincoln said, that “Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be.”
