Joe is going through the societal pressures and also the stress of wanting to convey her stand on love. The only difference being her love is not a ‘normal’ one. It is Another Face of Love.
The film talks about Joe’s hesitation to convey her best friend Aami, that she is homosexual. She is worried about the backlash of the society when people get to know that she is a Lesbian. It deals with exhaustion of wanting to be accepted and also the fear being omitted by her loved ones.
