Cook with me (in 4K)! I promise you will love this recipe! We're making a delicious shrimp chop suey, a chinese food special with my own twist!
Ingredients:
Main dish (shrimp chop suey)
- 6 large prawns
- mung bean sprouts
- 1 carrot
- red cabbage
- 1/4 green bell pepper
- mushrooms
- 1 onion
- soy sauce
- hazelnuts, almonds or peanuts
- olive oil
- salt as needed
Side dish (xauxau rice)
- 1 egg
- chicken ham
- peas
- rice
Preparation:
1. Take out the shells of the prawns
2. Dice the bell pepper, onion, red cabbage and carrot
3. Drizzle olive oil on the wok
4. Sauté the prawns, green bell pepper, onion, red cabbage, carrot, mushrooms and mung bean sprouts
5. Drizzle the soy sauce generously on top of the sauté
6. Add the nuts for topping
7. Boil the rice and the peas
8. Make scrambled eggs with cubes of ham
9. Mix the rice and peas with the scrambled eggs
10. Serve, enjoy and be happy!
