Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman reveals key initiatives for Bihar in the Union Budget 2024-25, including the development of an industrial node at Gaya as part of the Amritsar-Kolkata industrial corridor and significant road connectivity projects. These projects, worth ₹26,000 crores, will include the Patna-Purnea expressway, Buxar-Bhagalpur highway, Bodhgaya-Rajgir-Vaishali-Darbhanga route, and an additional two-lane bridge over the Ganga in Buxar.
