Two steaks, everyone knows the rules. Porterhouse ordered rare, as per the rules.

High key dropped $67 on parking idfk how the fuck that happened.

Gonna get right to it. Porterhouse was fantastic. Every aspect was done very well. This is the baseline of what a steakhouse in NYC should be serving.

It reminded me more of Wolfgang’s than Peter Luger.

The crust was very substantial. The cook was slightly on the rarer side of rare but I’m nit picking.

Did I mention I was charged $67 for parking?

The flavor was very good. You could easily tell it was dry aged. Maybe not as flavorful as Luger or wolfgangs, but very close to wolfgangs. It lacked consistency in every bite of the steak, which is achieved with a longer aging process.

It was seasoned fine. No pepper so that’s great. But could have used a little more salt.

Parking at the nearest lot was $67

As expected the steak was very very good. No complaints. After careful deliberation, I went 8.3 on the porterhouse. Monster score.

Did I mention I dropped $67 on parking a day after I spent $100 on a car wash cuz some idiot yacked in my car?
