In this video we are showing procedure how to coat pvd like shiny gloss gold / rose gold on stainless steel.
1. Polish the stainless steel object until you get the shine you are willing to have in your final product. If you wish to have mirror shine on your final product the buff it until you get mirror gloss.
2. Wash the stainless steel object with detergent and then rinse it with clean water. Now your surface is ready for the coat.
3. Take Farbe SS Golden Gloss solution available on Amazon.in and you can even get it by contacting +91-9179385153 ( Worldwide) PS- You will get discounts if your order directly from them ;).
4. Pour 80% Farbe Lacquer solution and 20% Hardner solution and mix it well before putting it into the spray gun.
5. Lower the pressure of the spray gun to minimum and gently start coating process as shown in the video. It may take 3-4 sprays to acheive the finish we are looking for.
6. Let it dry for 7-8hours, for quick dry use normal heat gun.
