There are a few hacks you can use to easily achieve a wonderful and crispy New York-Style Pizza. With almost zero kneading, deep fermentation, and a couple of secret ingredients, this insanely easy recipe gives you a superb light crust that holds together in your hand like a proper New York slice.
This New York-Style Pizza can be easily baked in a home oven, or, thanks to Ooni, I was able to test the woodfire option with the new Karu 16.
