The lecture focuses on the year 1923 and recounts Rabindranath Tagore’s visit to Gujarat in October/November 1923, Mahatma Gandhi’s days in prison and Dr. Ambedkar being awarded the D.SC. and being admitted to Bar in London.

The lecture presents the thoughts of the three on the question of Nationalism, during the India’s independence movement. It will compare those three visions with the contemporary views on the question of Nationalism, during the independence movement in India.
