Bright glowing 6.30 CTS faceted natural Peridot gemstone originating from Pakistan. This measures approximately 14.1 x 9.1 x 7.1 mm and is cut into a pear shape.

The stone has excellent coloring with an almost neon shade of green. The optical effects presented are excellent having a very strong sparkle and an obvious bright glow.

The gem is fully transparent and has very good clarity. There no major flaws but does have some slight natural inclusions found upon close examination. This can be considered SI clarity.

Peridot is quite an interesting stone. It is generally formed deep within the earth and brought to surface from volcanic eruptions. A very small percentage of peridot comes from extraterrestrial origins from meteorites, but generally speaking they are volcanic in origin.
