A session to present information on a proposed UDO text amendment, RZP-2024-121, concerning proposed updates and minor changes that will result in better functionality of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). There are proposed changes in 23 of the 39 Articles. These changes include updated language to provide greater clarity, updated graphics, new and updated definitions, adjustments to use permissions and prescribed conditions, revised use names, and minor changes and additions to standards.
