In "Ancient Torah Manuscripts," I look closely at certain scribe-related details from ancient manuscripts from the weekly Torah portions.

This video covers the Torah portion (Hebrew: "parashah") from the Pentateuch called "Vayishlach / And (Jacob) sent" פרשת וישלח (Genesis 32-36).

I examine a torn fragment from what was once a beautifully written copy of Genesis 32, in line with the Masoretic text. This manuscript is from the Dead Sea Scrolls, but outside of Qumran, from wadi Muraba'at.
