I love Belize as an investment option but there are many lessons I think may help others buying property here. I am building tiny homes to hopefully bring a more affordable option into the market. This does not mean that I am recommending any particular property, realtor or area as each purchaser has different goals and needs. My general advice is to always ensure you "Look before you Leap" in any purchase decision.
