I'm also not sure if this counts towards my video production goal but it was still fun to make.
**Edit:** Sorry I didn't explain how to take an output from this!! The green line of redstone in the back can be converted into a signal strength counter and then filtered with 4 tick repeaters to prevent pulsing.
