Before we head to the next department, let's take a rest day with just to reset things. Been going straight with the internship vlogs and it's also nice to just reset. in this video I would be going for swim, eating out with my family, watching a movie and showing you my current gym work out which is boxing, not a pro just trying it out to spice my workout routine.
