The reality is that less the 20% of all Level 1 candidates will eventually become CFA charterholders. There are a couple factors that differentiate those who pass the CFA exams and those who fail the CFA exams. You have the ability to choose if you will do what it takes to pass the CFA exams and become a charterholder. Be honest with yourself about if you will put in the time it takes to be able to pass.
