This video gives parents and educators a brief explanation of the Orton Gillingham reading method through one of its main components, the three part drill. The three part drill is used with students of all ages and skill levels. The sound cards used in this video are the first cards introduced to beginners. As they progress, new sounds and concepts are introduced and flashcards are added to their repertoire.
Also mentioned in the video is, "Lively Letters", a phonics program by Reading With TLC that gives a story, movement and catchy song to go along with each letter sound. You can look into Lively Letters and other resources using my affiliate link pinned in the comments.
