INGREDIENTS:
Mathi/sardines: 1/2 kg
Drumsticks: 2
Fresh kudampuli: 1 whole, sliced. If using dried kudampuli..wash n rinse throughly and then soak in water for 5 mins.
turmeric: 1/2 tsp
salt: 1 tsp or as needed
Curry leaves
Water: 1/4-1/2 cup

coconut: 3/4 cup
garlic: 4
ginger: 1 inch
Kashmiri chilly: 1 tbsp (if using ordinary chilli reduce by half)
coriander powder: 1/2 tsp
turmeric: 1/4 tsp
water: 1/4-1/2 cup
curry leaves

coconut oil: 1 tbsp
mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
shallots or cheriya ulli: 3
