Twitter has responded to the issue of alleged child pornographic material on its platform that was red-flagged by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). The company has said that it will fight against such sexual exploitation adopting a proactive approach working with law enforcement and NGOs. The Delhi Police has asked for details from Twitter of all links regarding child porn material. NCPCR had asked Delhi Police to book the social media site after its recent inquiry in which it had found that child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was easily available on the platform.
