#MATKA is an upcoming Periodical Film starring Mega Prince Varun tej in the Lead Role, Written and Directed by Karuna Kumar. It also co stars Nora Fatehi, Meenakshi Chowdary, Naveen Chandra, Kannada Kishore and others. Music by GV Prakash Kumar, Cinematography by Priyaseth and Proudly Produced on a massive scale by Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala under Vyra Entertainments banner.

The story which takes place between 1958-1982 is based on a real incident that shook the entire nation and the story is set in the backdrop of Vizag. The story spans 24 years.
