My anvil stand.
Materials that I used, ½" plate for the anvil base, 2” square tube by 3/16” for legs, 2” wide by 3/16” bar for the feet, 1” square tube for the support at the base of the stand, and used some 1” angel by 1/8” for the hold downs. The rod was 5/8” round for the wheels, the brackets are from 3/16” bar stock. and some 2” thick wood.

I had my friend Bill weld the legs to the anvil base plate. My welding sucks, his does not! I filled the legs with sand and welded the feet on. Added the rod for the wheels and welded the brackets to the legs. Used a torch to heat and form the metal for the hold downs.
