In this video I demonstrate how to to treat IT Band syndrome with a massage gun. A Hypervolt or Theragun massage gun are great for loosening up tight and painful muscles in your legs. IT Band syndrome is a condition where the IT Band becomes tight causing pain and discomfort on the outside of the knee. Treat the entire IT Band, quadriceps and hamstrings to relieve the knee pain.
