Improve Power and Torque. Increase the power and torque of your 2005-2010 Mustang GT with a SR Performance Throttle Body Spacer. Working off similar principles dating back to carburated Mustangs, this throttle body spacer sits in between the intake manifold and throttle body, thereby increasing the length of the intake tract and overall plenum volume which will manifest a small bump in performance. The "spiral-bore" passageways of the spacer spins the air into a vortex as it enters the intake manifold, helping to better mix the fuel and air and improve throttle response.
Billet Aluminum Construction. The SR Performance Throttlebody spacer for 2005-2010 Mustang GTs is made from a single piece of CNC-machined billet aluminum. Lightweight and strong, this aftermarket performance intake spacer will not rust and exemplifies excellent heat dispersion characteristics. It is an excellent upgrade to compliment a set of aftermarket exhaust headers, an aftermarket throttle body and a cold air intake.
Do-It-Yourself Install. Installing an SR Performance Throttle Body Spacer on your 2005-2010 Mustang GT is an easy done that can be accomplished at home in under an hour. The spacer comes with the necessary hardware and gaskets to keep it in place and leak free and only needs a basic wrench or socket set to get it installed. Tuning the engine is not required.
