Hello everyone!
I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying your spring break despite the difficult situation we are all facing with the COVID-19 outbreak. Due to this situation I have decided that I will only teach online until the end of March in order to ensure a healthy learning environment for everyone. Even though it’s a difficult time, I am so excited to share with you what I have been working on throughout the break.
Let me show you - this is our online classroom: You can see me from different camera angles and screens: so you can see me from the side like this, from the top as though you are standing in the room or even just from our regular classroom angle.
Another very cool feature is that you can send me your score in a PDF file (please convert it from an image file to PDF before you send it!) and I can write in notes during our online class and highlight different passages, fingering - basically everything we would do in class or even more as we don’t need to just use pencil.
Another very cool feature is that I can record our lesson and send it to you so that you can review it throughout the week.
I think this will also be a great tool for us to have in the future for those bad weather days or when you just can’t make it in person.
