Try and get some turmeric the one that is raw
There is an alternative though if you can't
If you can't find the raw one get the powder
But try and get the good one some are inferior
Next get another root the one ginger
Ginger is available all over
Wash them cut them up put them in a blender
Juice a lime or lemon and get a little water
Add a pinch of the black pepper
It helps the turmeric to absorb better
Switch it on blend it all together
Then strain it through a cloth or through a strainer
There you have it wasn't that easy
