The ongoing encounter between terrorists and security forces in Anantnag has intensified. The quest to neutralise 3 terrorists in the Gadul forest of Kokernag has entered day 4. The Indian army is believed to have surrounded the hill where the terrorists are hiding. Forces are using heavy shells and rocket launchers to neutralize 2 Lashkar operatives. Meanwhile, an anti-terror operation was also launched in Baramulla. Three terrorists were killed in an encounter in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. The encounter broke out in the Hathlanga forward area in the Uri sector of the north Kashmir district.
