White veal rib chops on a hot grill. These bad boys were so juicy and tender. We enjoyed them with some rice and a tossed salad. The rib chops were seasoned with only kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper and a drizzle of oil. The chops rested at room temp for 30 minutes before I cooked them, and rested again with tented foil for 15 minutes after they came off the grill.
