Kia ora! That’s right for today’s International Sandwich Sunday we’re heading to the newest of Zealand, New Zealand. Had the opportunity to chat with RNZ (Radio New Zealand) a couple weeks ago and the producer, Tim, who reached to me advocated for me trying the Marmite and Potato Chip Sandwich. But, I was also advised to get the marmite from New Zealand and not just simply use one from the UK. Thanks to Amazon, I was able to make that happen. Getting potato chips from New Zealand delivered, on the other hand, was prohibitively expensive. So I went with Cape Cade salted potato chip. What’s interesting is having done marmite from the UK and vegemite from Australia, I thought this would be identical. Turns out, not so much?
