One of Chester’s newest restaurants, the social dining venue Izakaya Lounge on Pepper Street, has enjoyed a super successful first month since launching at the end of June.
The Pan-Asian eatery and bar is a joint venture from Pheby Food Concepts Group Ltd (PFC Group) and Erraji Hospitality Limited, which have created more than 20 jobs for the city as well as breathing new life into an empty unit in the city centre.
“We always hoped for a successful start for Izakaya Lounge,” says joint owner Des Pheby. “But we’ve been overwhelmed by the support from the city and the positive feedback we’ve had from customers.
