For fish finger fry, I add cold soda water. If you want, you can add cold sparkling water. You can add more chili or pepper to your taste, but with mild spices, you can taste the real flavor of the fish.
For the second recipe a slightly sour and spicy flavor, I used amberella & Naga chili sauce You can use any sauce for an extra flavor. You can also add a pinch of garam masala for a stronger flavor. Finish off the dish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Enjoy!
