VIDEO CONTENT: I will provide an introduction and walking tour of 6 restaurants in sanur located just a stone throw away from the main tourist area of sanur on the Jalan Ngurah Rai Bypass. THE RESTAURANTS FEATURED IN THIS VIDEO ARE NOT ON THE MAIN STREETS OF SANUR BUT CAN BE FOUND VERY CLOSE BY.
THE HUB: The hub is a restaurant and separate coffee shop combined offering a great selection of eating out food options of Indonesian, Western, Chinese & Italian dishes. the menu at the hub is very large with a great selection of foods to choose from. the most unique aspect of the hub is that it has a Volkswagen beetle car inside the main restaurant, on the underside of the car there are a vast collection of different coffee machines on display.
NAUGHTY NURI'S: Naughty Nuri's is a very popular restaurant with various branches in many of the popular tourist areas of bali. Naughty Nuri's is most famous for it's pork ribs. you will also find a few Indonesian dishes, steaks & Burgers here. the main area of the restaurant is fan cooled however there is also an air-conditioned room located at the back of the restaurant. you are greeted at the entrance to naughty nuri's by a standing pig statue and then once inside the restaurant you will see a fabulous pig themed interior design which is absolutely awesome.
IZZY (IZAKAYA STREET): Izzy is Japanese restaurant set in a beautiful big garden setting with unique pallet seating and kids play activity area, they also have soft comfort bean bag style seating and there is also seating inside with air-conditioning. this place has such a unique layout, it is like a street setting within a big garden with 6 booth style shops serving food & drinks.
BIBIMBAP: Bibinmbap is a beautiful air-conditioned Korean restaurant selling only korean food. the modern interior design here offers very comfortable dining.
PIKALOKA: Pikaloka is an excellent and very popular (among local & expat) Indonesian food restaurant. there are a limited number of western dishes available here. This place is like a big grand house with beautiful courtyard converted into a restaurant. Authentic Bali experience will be had here.
MD WARUNG: This is an excellent warung (I eat here many times) serving Indonesian, Western, Chinese & Indian foods. the curries here are delicious and also the chicken sweet & sour. prices here are good value for money and good sized portions.
