Directions:
1. Ink the solid butterfly stamp from Nature Prints set with Top Boss® Clear ink. Starting at the bottom, stamp three images onto the 8” x 8” piece of Super Stock as shown and emboss with clear powder. Ink the Embroidered Bfly stamp with the Clear ink. Starting at the bottom, stamp three images onto the 8” x 8” piece of Super Stock as shown and emboss with clear powder.
2. Use a white foam tip to apply Clear ink to the entire page. Tap the white foam tip onto the Clear pad to prep it for Smooch® application. Add Pool to the prepped foam tip by swiping the applicator across tip. Apply to your page as shown.
3. Using a different tip for each color repeat step #2 with Luscious Lime, Azure, Green Apple and Sugarberry. Use the Nautical Navy along the edges to add depth.
4. Prep the Solid Butterfly with Clear ink, use the Nautical Navy tip to add color to the rubber stamp and stamp as shown on the page to create beautiful butterfly shadows.
5. Place a clean sheet of newsprint over your page and iron with a hot dry iron so the newsprint absorbs the embossing powder.
6. Use your foam tips to float more Smooch® onto the “resist” butterfly areas.
7. Repeat steps 1 thru 5 on a 4 ¼ ” x 5 ½ ” cardstock piece with Graphic Tag rubber stamp. Cut out tag when complete.
8. Use the ColorBox® Classic Pigment Lime inkpad and a white foam tip apply color to your ribbon. Iron to set the ink.
9. Use the Grand Calibur™ to create the third largest cut from the Grand Label One set with Super Stock following manufacturer’s instructions. Also, use Grand Calibur™ with Impression Obsession Solid Butterfly die to create 3 butterflies from cardstock following manufacturer’s instructions.
10. Cut Label die cut in half and apply ColorBox® Lime to one half. Then use the Green Apple tip to deepen the color on the inside edge of the bracket. Iron to set the ink.
11. Use the Sugarberry tip to colorize the butterfly die cuts and Nautical Navy tip to deepen the color along the edges of the wings. Sculpt the wings using a pencil to curl the wings.
12. Grab your favorite picture trimmed to 3” x 5”, layer as shown with Scrap Dots. Do not fully adhere left side of photo, to create pocket for tag. Use Scrap Dots to add sculpted butterflies as shown.
