Ingredients:
I bunch of mustard greens
1C.dried mung beans(boiled and soften)
1/4C.dried shrimps (soaked)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/2 of tomato , chopped
2tsp. fish sauce
2 small bouillon cubes
oil for sautéing
2C.water( it depends on how you soupy you want the dish to be..add more or less water.
Tips:
*Boil & soften mung beans in water(3-4C.water)
*Separate the stalks and the leaves of mustard greens. Cut the leaves into ribbons and small chunks on the stalks
*Soak the dried shrimps to re-hydrate.
