In no way, shape or form is the AEE Condor drone waterproof so do not fly it out in the rain.

With a break in the weather, we decided to head out Friday arvo. We turned up and it was looking particularly fishy with clouds above, no wind and the swell under 1 meter. We had a slow start to the day with nothing biting in the first hour or so. Then we had some action on Ross's Rod. After seeing that something was hooked, we decided to wind it in. Up came a small Snapper just over 30cm.

We thought that that might be it after being there for close to 3hrs with only a small snapper. Ross had to leave, but the fish seemed to get closer. 10min after Ross left, G was tightening the line as the rain started coming down heavier at this point and he thought the line had found a snag, but no. A hungry snapper had become victim for a whole squid.

Worth the wait.
