It's September 2024 and i'm in South West London. On this upload we see South West Railway services at Raynes Park Station. There are express services passing through at speed as well as the local stopping services. There are Class 159 DMUs on the West of England services along with class 444, 450, 455 & 458 EMUs on local and other long distance routes. Technically, there are still a few 508s running, some of the trailer carriages in the class 455 formations were built new as class 508s and used in 4 car formations. When the 508s were sent north to Liverpool only 3 car sets were needed and the spare trailers were added to the new class 455 built trains.
