Apple Pie Cream Cheese Dip on the @yodersmokers truly was easy as pie and delicious!
Recipe:
1 Block Cream Cheese
1 Can Apple Pie Filling Your favorite filling will do.
Graham Crackers
Brown Sugar
White Sugar
Cinnamon
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees. Cut a block of cream cheese in half and place both halves in a cast iron skillet. Sprinkle cream cheese with white sugar and brown sugar to give a good coating. Smoke for one hour. While the cream cheese is in the smoker, crush up three graham crackers in a plastic bag. After one hour, pour entire can of apple pie filling on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle more white and brown sugar on the filling and cover with the crushed graham crackers and cinnamon. Increase smoker heat to 275 and smoke an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy with remaining graham crackers, apple slices or whatever you choose! Delicious!
