This is my "go to" quick and easy recipe when I have lots of sweet mild peppers that I want to use up. this recipe works for Shishitos, Bell peppers Jimmy nardellos (which I feature in this recipe), or really any sweet miild pepper! It's my new must have whenever I have guests over. I serve it with warm focaccia or some crusty sour dough, and I often catch my guests just eating them plain, that's how good they are! feel free to add a squeeze of lemon juice at the end to give it yet another dimension of flavor!
