SAH! GARUDA INDONESIA LOLOS DARI JERATAN PAILIT!

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) resmi keluar dari jeratan pailit dalam Proses Penundaan Pembayaran Kewajiban Utang (PKPU). Senin (27/6), Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat telah mengesahkan perjanjian penyelesaian utang yang sudah disetujui kreditur, Jumat (17/6).

Dari 365 kreditur, sebanyak 347 atau 95,07 persen kreditur menyetujui proposal PKPU yang diajukan Garuda Indonesia. Sidang pembacaan putusan homologasi yang dilakukan sejak pukul 10.15 ini dihadiri beberapa jajaran Direksi Garuda Indonesia.

Sebelumnya, putusan homologasi Garuda Indonesia ditunda pada Senin (20/6) lalu. Beberapa alasan yang membuat putusan ditunda yaitu, majelis hakim belum lengkap, ada surat keberatan yang disampaikan dua kreditur Garuda terhadap perhitungan daftar piutang tetap (DPT), dan laporan soal pemungutan suara proposal perdamaian baru saja diterima majelis hakim sesaat sebelum sidang dimulai.

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) has officially escaped from bankruptcy in the Process of Delaying Payment of Debt Obligations (PKPU). On Monday (6/27), the Central Jakarta District Court ratified the debt settlement agreement that had been approved by creditors on Friday (6/17).

Of the 365 creditors, 347 or equivalent to 95.07 percent of creditors approved the PKPU proposal given by Garuda Indonesia. The trial for reading the homologation decision, which was held at 10.15 am, was attended by several members of the Garuda Indonesia Board of Directors.

Previously, Garuda Indonesia's homologation decision was postponed last Monday (6/20). Several reasons why the decision was postponed, namely, the panel of judges was not complete, there were objection letters submitted by two Garuda creditors against the calculation of the list of fixed receivables (DPT), and the report on the vote on the peace proposal was just received by the panel of judges shortly before the trial began.
