Sir Keir Starmer is making a statement about his future as Labour leader as police in Durham investigate whether he broke lockdown rules.
Last week the force said they would re-open an investigation into an event which took place in April last year, where Sir Keir was pictured drinking a beer indoor with party activists at a time when COVID regulations were in place.
