Bear in mind that when buying water leaves, the fat stalks will make it look like a big bunch. Measure based on already plucked and sliced water leaves and already sliced afang leaves
- 2 parts of water leaves
- 1 part of afang leaves
- Goat meat or beef
- stock fish
- dry fish
- cow skin (ponmo, kanda)
- crayfish
- generous palm oil
- seasoning cubes
- periwinkle
- yellow/red habanero peppers
- salt (to taste)
