Transcript with Visual Descriptions:
In a campus building hallway, a college student tacks up on a community board a poster invitation to a rally for children.
A woman’s voiceover says: I am the student, who lent a hand.
And started a thing. And took a stand.
The student rallies attendees with a bullhorn. The scene shifts to a marathoner training, running alone through a city.
The voice continues: I am the runner raising funds to share, via truckers and workers and helpers by air.
The scene shifts again to UNICEF supply boxes being delivered around the world, including a hand puppet which makes a child giggle.
The voice says: Pass on that box. Deliver that smile. I am the teacher who gives voice to a child.
In school classrooms, children raise their hands with the answer to a question. The scene shifts to a hospital where a nurse runs down a hallway. Shots of global crises, floods and bombed-out buildings, flash through in quick cuts.
The voice says: A community calling to keep hope soaring. I am the doctor. I am the nurse. Through time-zone. War zone. And weather adverse.
Portrait shots of children, standing resilient amid the risk of their surroundings, change to smiling children, overcoming vulnerability to thrive.
The voice says: For I am the child, a natural survivor, whose future looks brighter, whose mood is much lighter.
The scene changes to portraits of UNICEF staff workers and supporters, smiling at camera.
The voice says: Thanks to people like her. And people like you. Inspired as a team. To build a child’s dream.
Over a black background, a collage of dozens of photos of all kinds of UNICEF supporters moves toward the viewer, while a super appears.
We are UNICEF. We won’t stop working for children.
