Swiss German University has MPS FESTO FMS 104 since in Edu Town. The MPS are useful to educate students to get used to automation systems in the industry. The MPS FESTO FMS 104 consists of many stations, such as Distribution, Sorting, Processing and Testing, and Assembly. Each of the stations will be run on manual and auto mode for ease of lab studies. The focus of the thesis is to integrate all the stations to be able to communicate. Since the Assembly station has a conveyor system, the transporter from the processing and testing station to the conveyor was broken. Thus, the SCARA to transport it will be built. The feedback connection will be using Ethernet protocol to communicate between the station PLCs. The I/O of each station will be tested, electrical wiring will be traced, the mechanical parts will be adjusted, and the program will be optimized. The last objective is to display the process through HMI Interface.
