The Isometric Sit Up Hold With Feet Elevated is a challenging bodyweight ab exercise. To get started:
1. Sit down on the floor, contract your abs, then lift your feet off the ground with your knees bent.
2. As you lean back slightly, extend your arms in front of your body.
3. Once you’re in position, think about pulling in your lower abs and contracting hard.
4. Hold this isometric sit up position for time.
