This is the GAE visa which replaced Tier 5 in the UK. It costs £259 (one of the cheapest UK work visas) and is a great way of exploring if UK is for you or not.

I’ve written a detailed blog on it with the list of sponsors under this route. Keep in mind that letter of sponsorship doesn’t come from a job only. There are some firms & programs providing it without a job as well. They also help find a job but that becomes a bit too expensive IMO.
