This is a repair on the Steam Powered Sawmill at the Georgia Museum of Agriculture in Tifton GA. The variable speed clutch that powers the carriage on the museums 1890's DeLoach sawmill was worn to the point that it was not working correctly. In this video, we bore out the hub of the paper pulley drive to account for bell shaped wear, turn a new shaft, and cut a keyway on a Kearney & Trecker Horizontal Milling Machine.
