Padwal Chi Bhaji (Snake Gourd)
Ingredient’s:
Padwal (Snake Gourd): 2 ft
Oil: 2 Tbsp
Onions: 1 medium chopped
Green chilies: 2-3
Fresh Grated Coconut: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Procedure:
Cut the Padwal (snake gourd) into half and remove the seeds with the help of spoon as shown
Cut the Padwal into small pieces
Add oil in pan on medium flame add onions, green chilies and stir fry for 5-6 min till oil separates,
Add Padwal to pan and cook for 4-5 min covering with lid don’t overcook don’t add water
Add Fresh grated coconut and combine, cover and cook for 2-3 min and shut the flame.
Padwal Bhaji is ready to serve!
Serve with Chapati!
