In Chapter 8, Creating Sound and Music, of the Commodore Plus/4 user's manual, we use Commodore BASIC 3.5 we spin some digital tunes and learn to use the TED chip, along with the VOLUME and SOUND commands, to create music and sound effects. The entire chapter and the manual culminate in the last program of Chapters 1→8, "The Great Music Machine." A program that combines many of the concepts from all chapters. It's a lot of fun but the print version was incorrect. The companion blog post contains a correct version.
