In this unboxing review we attempt to fit the bundled shock mount to the Movo VXR10 PRO microphone. Before dealing with Movo's rude and non-responsive 'customer care'.

Movo bundle accessories that are not only different to those advertised but aren't fit for purpose, requiring you to be forceful with it, risking breakage. Then they stop responding when you ask them to resolve due to their mistakes! Imagine trying to fit this all together while out filming at an event, then trying to separate it again afterwards to pack away...!

Possibly the most discourteously poor excuses of customer service seen yet. This is the behaviour the consumer should never tolerate.

In addition, testing showed it didn't offer the 'fuller' sound expected over that of the on-board camera mic, so little point spending money on this Movo mic.

Shame on you Movo. We'll buy elsewhere where our custom is more appreciated. 0 Stars.
