Set a daily Routine: From morning walks to playing with grandchildren, she says that you must be disciplined with your everyday routine. She says that you must allot time for different activities of the day.
Spend time on your Health: Make sure that you utilise and spend your time taking care of your health. Afterall, health is the real wealth. She advises to sleep on time, walk regularly, do yoga & other exercises as well as eat healthy.
Explore a Hobby: This is the time of your life when you have all the time of your life. The hobby that you always wanted to explore can be learnt now. She is herself learning gardening.
Do your own work: Try to do your work as much as you can. For instance: I cook vegetables many times.
Strengthen Relationships: Make time for your Friends and family. Talk to them as much as possible.
