Another great roller that will last forever because it has a plastic core is from Trigger Point and can be found here: [ Ссылка ] However, these are more expensive and I typically go with the solid foam high density foam rollers.
I personally use a 12 inch roller, but many of my patients prefer the 36 inch roller because they tend to fall of the 12 inch ones. I typically make the recommendation now to invest in a 36 inch roller. When buying a solid foam roller, you always want to ensure the foam roller is "high density" like the one in the link above.
